These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing this store or completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by NaughtyPour (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading from New Zealand. The only address for contacting us about an order is naughtypour@outlook.com.

2. Eligibility to order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have the account holder's permission to use it.

3. Products and descriptions

Our product is a novelty glass drink decanter. We describe it as accurately as we can, including what is in the box, its approximate size and capacity, and how it should be cleaned.

Product photography is illustrative. Because each pourer is hand-blown, the exact curve of the neck, the size and roundness of the bulbs, the wall thickness and the overall dimensions vary a little from piece to piece, and small seed bubbles, faint seams or ripples in the glass are normal. These variations are part of a hand-made item and are not defects.

4. Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise. Where the site displays an approximate price in another currency it is a convenience conversion only; the amount actually charged is shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment.

We may change prices, bundles and promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you complete payment. Promotional pricing and countdowns are limited-time offers and may end or be extended at our discretion.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel before dispatch, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, or by PayPal where you choose it. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is subject to the payment provider's own terms, and a payment may be declined by your bank or the provider for reasons outside our control.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, dispatch windows and the acknowledgements you make at checkout are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these terms. Please read it in full before ordering; it sets out that all sales are final and the limited circumstances in which we will remedy an order.

9. Safe use of the product

This is a glass decanter intended for adults. It is not a toy. Use of the product is governed by our Safety Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for reading it and for using and cleaning the pourer as described.

10. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to misuse any contact channel. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the NaughtyPour name, logo, product imagery, copy, layout and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or costs arising from an item not arriving in time for a particular event or date.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, port congestion, extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters, or acts of government.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
