Read this before using the pourer. It is a hand-blown glass drink decanter for adults. It is not a toy. Using it means you accept the terms below.

1. What this product is

NaughtyPour is a novelty decanter made from hand-blown borosilicate glass. It is intended for serving wine and other drinks at the table by adults. It is a glass object with a long neck and rounded chambers: it can crack, chip or shatter if it is dropped, knocked, squeezed, over-tightened in a grip, or exposed to sudden temperature change.

2. Adults only

This is a product for adults aged 18 and over. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Its shape is a joke for grown-ups; its glass is not.

3. Handling

• Lift and carry it by the body of the chambers with both hands, not by the tip of the neck or the finger.
• Set it down on a flat, stable surface away from the edge of the table or bench.
• Do not stack anything on it, drop it into a sink, or let it roll.
• Stop using it immediately if it is chipped, cracked or scratched. Broken glass edges are sharp.
• Wipe up spills around it. Wet glass is slippery.

4. Temperature

Borosilicate glass tolerates warm and cold drinks, but avoid sudden change: do not pour boiling liquid into a cold pourer, do not put a warm pourer into cold water, and never put it in the freezer, oven or microwave.

5. Cleaning

Hand wash only, in warm water with a drop of dish soap or a splash of white vinegar. Swirl, rinse and stand it upside down on a cloth to dry. Do not use the dishwasher, abrasive pads, bottle brushes with exposed wire, or bleach. Do not leave wine standing in it for days.

6. Food and drink contact

The pourer is made of plain glass with no coating or paint on any surface that touches the drink. Rinse it before first use. Do not use it to store liquids long term.

7. Alcohol

If you serve alcohol from it, serve it responsibly and in line with the law where you live. Do not pour for anyone under the legal drinking age. Do not pressure anyone to drink from it.

8. If it breaks

Do not pick up broken borosilicate glass with bare hands. Sweep it up, wrap it and dispose of it safely. If it arrived broken, keep every piece and the packaging and email photos within 48 hours as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Your responsibility

By buying and using the pourer you accept that it is a fragile glass object and that you are responsible for handling, cleaning and storing it with ordinary care. We are not responsible for injury or damage arising from misuse, horseplay, or use contrary to this disclaimer.
